Shipping & Returns


All orders are processed within 2-3 working days. No orders are dispatched on sundays or bank holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (mainly seasonal) please allow more time for your order to be dispatched, this should be no longer than 5-7 business days and we will make you aware beforehand.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products we do not offer a return or replacement service. Should you unfortunately be unhappy with your purchase please contact us directly to discuss your issue and we will be happy to help, ;luckily we do not have many unhappy customers as we pride ourselves on making/selling tasty and high quality chocolates.

In the unfortunate event your delivery comes damaged please contact us with photos of the parcel, packaging and products so we can look into this for you.
